The number of properties listed for sale in that month.

Sold Listings

The number of properties that sold in that month. Sold listings may include properties that were listed for sale but did not sell in previous months.

Median Price

The median sales price lists all prices in ascending or descending order and finds the midpoint – where half the homes sold for more, and half the homes sold for less.

Average Days On Market

The number of days from the date the property is listed for sale on the MLS to the date when the seller has signed a contract for the sale of the property.

List To Sale Price

The difference between the average list and the average sale price.

< 100% - Properties are selling for less than list price.

= %100 - Properties are selling for list price.

> %100 - Properties are selling for more than list price.
